Terms of Use

Acceptance

By accessing BnP Incubator, you confirm that you are a current participant in a Brand N Purpose coaching program and that you agree to these terms. Access is granted by invitation only and is personal and non-transferable.

Use of the platform

• -BnP Incubator is provided solely for use as part of your Brand N Purpose coaching engagement
• -You may not share your login credentials or MCP connection URL with any third party
• -You may not use the platform for any purpose outside your personal brand building work
• -You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Intellectual property

The frameworks, methodologies, content, and systems inside BnP Incubator are the proprietary intellectual property of Brand N Purpose. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own brand building work during your program engagement. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or share these frameworks outside of your personal use without written permission from Brand N Purpose.

Your content

The brand strategy content you create inside BnP Incubator - your framework answers, your story, your positioning - belongs to you. Brand N Purpose may use anonymised insights from platform usage to improve the program, but will never share your specific brand content with other clients or third parties.

Third-party services

BnP Incubator integrates with Claude by Anthropic for the AI Brand Advisor feature. Use of Claude requires a separate Claude Pro subscription and is governed by Anthropic's own terms of service. Brand N Purpose is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Limitation of liability

BnP Incubator is provided as-is. Brand N Purpose does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes from using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brand N Purpose's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your coaching program.

Account suspension

Brand N Purpose reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to BnP Incubator if these terms are violated, if your program engagement ends, or at Brand N Purpose's reasonable discretion with appropriate notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Brand N Purpose operates from APL Tower, 19th Floor, Central Park CBD, West Jakarta 11440. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of BnP Incubator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
