Who we are

Brand N Purpose is a personal brand coaching and consulting business operated by Brilliant Liu, based in Indonesia. We provide coaching services and operate BnP Incubator, a digital platform for program participants.

What data we collect

  • -Your name and email address when you register for BnP Incubator
  • -The brand strategy content you enter into your Blueprint frameworks
  • -Your profile picture if you choose to upload one
  • -Usage data such as when you last logged in and how many frameworks you have filled
  • -Content you publish to the platform such as Kanban cards and coaching notes

How we use your data

  • -To deliver your coaching program and provide access to BnP Incubator
  • -To allow your BNP coaching team to review your progress and provide guidance
  • -To send you program-related emails such as review notifications and platform updates
  • -To improve the platform based on usage patterns

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the platform:

  • -Supabase - database and authentication hosting
  • -Vercel - web application hosting
  • -Anthropic (Claude) - AI brand advisor integration (only when you connect your MCP URL)
  • -Resend - transactional email delivery
  • -Railway - MCP server hosting

Data security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security enforced - meaning only you and your BNP coaching team can access your brand data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Your MCP connection URL is unique to you and functions like a password - treat it accordingly.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
